It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Carlien on Wednesday 20^th October, 2021.
Carlien has been a Life Member and an avid Patron of the Veteran's and Ladies Cycling Club (now Adelaide Masters CC) since 1988, providing financial contributions per the Brian Doecke Memorial Races. She was more noticeable for carrying out many years of desk duties at the Le Fevre Community Hall, Osborne.

Carlien lost her partner Gordon Boehm in 2012 whilst he was performing traffic marshall duties at Outer Harbour, robbing her of a future mate during her advancing years. It is believed she died after a short illness with cancer.
On behalf of all AMCC Members, we honour and pass on our commiserations to her immediate family and understand Carlien will be having a private funeral.
